Bangor Male Voice Choir will perform in Haworth Parish Church next weekend.
The 25 members will sing in the church at 7.30pm on Saturday April 5. Admission will cost £5 for adults and £3 for children, students and senior citizens.
Church council member Jens Hislop said: “We’re promised that our new bandstand will be completed at the end of this week in our park – which is just a week before the choir comes.
“I took it upon myself to ask the choir if they would appear on the new bandstand in the afternoon of April 5. I am delighted to say that they will – at 3pm – for at least half an hour.”
Proceeds from the choir’s performance will be going towards the parish church restoration fund.
