A businesswoman who holidayed in Greece and The Canary Islands on the proceeds of a £144,000 VAT fraud has appeared at Bradford Crown Court for a confiscation hearing.
Katherine Devlin, 28, of Wadsworth in Oxenhope, was jailed for 15 months last year.
She enjoyed sunshine breaks while skimming off the Inland Revenue money.
She pleaded guilty to tax evasion, fraud and money laundering while she was the director of three companies – Strictly Gifted, Strictly Gifted Business Supplies and Strictly Gifted Recruitment.
She faked invoices and doctored others to dishonestly reclaim VAT.
The confiscation hearing was adjourned until July 3.
