A team from UK Asset Resolution (UKAR) has been carrying out improvements at a Harden beauty spot.
More than a dozen members of staff from the Crossflatts-based mortgage service provider spent a day working at St Ives.
Tasks included weeding in the history garden and clearing a walled kitchen garden area.
The team also worked on clearing a pathway through the garden of the mansion to provide disabled access.
The work was organised by Participate, a group that arranges team challenges.
Pam Laking, of the Friends of St Ives, said: “The team from UKAR is a really nice bunch of people, and they kept smiling as they worked through hail, sleet and rain!
“They did a tremendous job and we are very grateful.”
