Pupils of Merlin Top Primary School became The Railway Children on a visit to the Worth Valley.
After reading the children’s novel and watching the film, the Guard House youngsters travelled on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. The 50 children and staff visited the museum at Ingrow and stopped at Oakworth station to see where The Railway Children was filmed.
They had lunch in Oxenhope and explored the Exhibition Shed.
