Keighley Shared Church
An Easter vigil usually hosted by a Highfield church is being opened up to churchgoers from across Keighley.
The Rev Dr Jonathan Pritchard has held the service at All Saints Church in Highfield. He will lead the service this year at Keighley Shared Church, beginning the ceremony outside on Church Green if weather permits.
The event, organised by Keighley Churches Together, will be held on Saturday – Easter Eve – at 8pm.
The Rev Pritchard will light an Easter candle to light candles for each worshipper. There will be a series of bible readings and prayers as part of a Ceremony of Light. All denominations are welcome.
