Sessions are being staged in Keighley to help people achieve a healthy weight.
The Bradford Council programme – which runs for 12 weeks – assists people with a body mass index above 30 to shed pounds through making small, sustainable adjustments to their lifestyle.
The course includes healthy eating information and support and guidance on meal planning, shopping, cooking and being active.
Alison Moore, the council’s senior public health manager, said: “The courses not only help people to achieve safe and sustainable weight loss but also give them the tools to take control, stay motivated and get active.
