A Worth Valley council chairman thanked his colleagues for their hard work over the previous civic year.
Oxenhope parish councillor Neal Cameron paid tribute to the efforts of his fellow councillors and clerk Elaine Pearson during the village’s annual parish meeting last Wednesday evening.
Highlighting the parish council’s current financial position, he added: “From a precept perspective we’ve managed to maintain Oxenhope’s record of keeping our precept below the increases affecting other councils.”
