A local produce market is being staged as part of a village’s Tour de France celebrations.
The event will take place in Central Park, Haworth, on July 5 and 6.
It will form part of a weekend of activities in the Bronte village marking the arrival of the world-famous cycle race.
Last month, Haworth was named as a spectator hub for the Grand Depart, which means thousands of people are expected to descend on the village to watch the race.
Andrew Vaux, one of Haworth’s hub organisers, said: “There’s so much beautiful produce to be proud of that we wanted to showcase this as part of the weekend’s festivities.
“With thousands of tourists expected to flock to Haworth, we were keen to give local producers the opportunity to showcase their products.”
Other activities during the weekend will include performances by bands and musicians, a children’s circus skills workshop and fire eating.
Producers wishing to take part in the market should contact Mr Vaux on 07871 264 610 or andrew@arvapr.co.uk.
