Youngsters from six primary schools across Keighley and the Worth Valley took part in a cycling contest.
They competed in time trials and team relays on a testing course in the grounds of Oakbank School, Keighley.
The event – organised by Oakbank’s Steve Bell and Chris Young of British Cycling – involved Oakworth, Haworth, Nessfield, Worth Valley, Oldfield and Eastwood schools.
“The atmosphere created by the competitors, teachers, parents and friends was amazing and added to the event,” said Hannah Borkala, of Oakbank.
Each competitor received a certificate and the schools were given information about cycling events being held locally this summer.
The winning school was Oakworth and Haworth was runner-up.
