An indoor golf centre is planned in Keighley.
The premises would include golf simulators, a practice putting area, bar lounge and coffee shop.
Premises at 11-15 Cavendish Street, which have been empty for six months, are earmarked for the initiative, which could create two full-time and two part-time jobs.
Cross Roads resident Daryl Ley has submitted an application to Bradford Council to change the use of the units from retail. The building used to be a charity shop.
