There will be a two-hour charity disco Zumbathon held at the Town Hall in Silsden on Sunday, May 18, with all proceeds donated to Manorlands Hospice. There will be a fantastic prize draw on the day where winners can buy tickets to win a girly spa day for four or a family ticket to watch Bradford Bulls, plus other fabulous prizes like photo shoots, hair salon vouchers and beauty treatments. Refreshments will also be available. Tickets are available at the regular Zumba class or by contacting Helen on 07817 532364 and cost £10.
The next meeting of Silsden’s Tour de France co-ordinating group will be tonight at 7.30pm at the Kings Arms, Bolton Road, Silsden. Everyone is welcome.
The next Coffee, Cakes and Camaraderie will be held on Saturday in the Methodist Church hall from 9.30-11.30am. There will be all the usual attractions plus some performances by a folk dance group.
Advance notice for your diaries of the next Craven Manorlands Support group coffee morning which will be held at the Methodist Church in Silsden on July 12 from 9.30am-noon. Entitled Le Tour de Yorkshire Yellow Coffee morning home-made biscuits and coffee will be on sale with all proceeds going to Manorlands.
