People still have a chance to put forward their ideas for a giant piece of montage artwork planned for Haworth in time for the Tour de France.
The team behind the Tour D’Art project will be installing the eight by 16 foot creation on the gable end of a building at the top of Main Street. They aim to have this in place by the end of the 100-day cultural festival accompanying the build-up to the Grand Depart.
Ward councillor Russell Brown, who is working with local artist Vic Buta, said he would welcome recommendations from the public on what sort of images should be featured in the painting.
The creation will be based on the theme ‘What does the Worth Valley mean to me?’.
