Mountain bike champion Chris Young will open the Cycling For Life exhibition in Keighley this summer.
He has been invited to officially launch the Tour de France-related exhibition at Central Hall in Alice Street on June 28.
Chris is a former professional cyclist, who won two British and ten Northern Mountain Bike Championships.
He has also won more than 100 road, cyclo cross and mountain bike races, as well as the Three Peaks Cycle Cross.
Since finishing his racing career, Chris has become well-known in local cycling clubs, and has worked as a coach for British Cycling for the past eight years.
After giving a welcome speech at the exhibition launch, Chris will promote British Cycling’s new ChooseCycling manifesto.
