A 37-year-old Cowling man has been handed an interim ban by Skipton magistrates after admitting dangerous driving.
Mark Anthony Blackburn pleaded guilty on Friday to driving a black Peugeot 307 dangerously on Keighley Road, Cross Hills, on March 25.
Blackburn, of Lingcrag Gardens, also admitted driving the Peugeot not in accordance with a licence.
But Blackburn denied failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis at Skipton Police Station, resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty and assaulting a police officer.
His case was adjourned by magistrates for a case management hearing to be held on May 23.
Magistrates imposed an interim driving ban for an initial six months.
