The Keighley & Worth Valley Railway has announced details of two of the locomotives that will be present for the Diesel Gala between June 6 and 8.
A class 25 engine, 25067, normally based at the Battlefield Line in Leicestershire, will be among those taking part.
Also on show will be a class 33 locomotive, 33035, which is owned by the Pioneer Diesel Loco Group and normally operates on the Ecclesbourne Valley Line in Derbyshire.
It is the first time both engines will have been at the Keighley railway and, for the class 33, the first time it has been used on any other preserved line.
The Diesel Gala weekend will see all services operated by the railway’s own, or visiting, diesels from the 1950s or 60s, rather than being hauled by steam power.
