A man was treated by paramedics following an incident at Keighley Railway Station early this morning.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said officers were called to the station at 5.48am following a report that a man had been assaulted.
Part of a ramp leading to the platform for Leeds and Bradford-bound trains remained cordoned off at 8.20am today.
A spokesman for Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: “We got called at 5.51am and sent one ambulance to this location. An adult male was treated at the scene, but was not taken to hospital.”
