SUNDAY at the Aire Do will as usual include headlining tribute acts.

Topping the bill will be The Dirty Gentlemen, New2, Slyde and Alley Gator.

Admission to Cliffe Castle Park on the Sunday will be free, and extra attractions will include a family funfair.

They will also be a fringe event with local bands and buskers playing around the site encouraging. Festivalgoers to wonder and explore.

Alley Gator are a blues-rock covers band who play songs by the likes of Dr Feelgood, ZZ Top, Eric Clapton, Cream, Doors, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Thin Lizzy, BB King and The Cult.

The Dirty Gentleman, are a nine-piece swamp pop, soul and New Orleans rhythm and blues band who came together to play the music they liked to dance to.

Bradford-based New2 are billed as Europe’s premier U2 tribute band, providing themselves on their ability to recreate the sound, look and soul of the Irish legends.

They began in 2002 playing local shows, but promoters heard about their raw passion for the songs, combined with an attention to musical detail,, and within year were playing major shows across the UK and Europe.

They have performed acts like Bob Geldof, Ocean Colour Scene and The Undertones, and played in France, Spain, Germany and Dubai.

Slyde are a tribute to 70s band Slade, who replicate the bawdy singalong tunes, the glam and glitter excess, and the raw rock ‘n’ roll power .
