A MOTORIST had to be cut free from her vehicle following a two-car crash near Cross Roads last night.
Firefighters removed the roof to reach the woman.
The accident – involving a black Ford Fiesta and a red Vauxhall Astra – happened shortly before 6.30pm on the A629 Halifax Road, between the Sugden End waste site and the Flappit pub.
The road was closed for over two hours while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Three people were taken to hospital – two to Bradford Royal Infirmary and the other to Airedale – but none were believed to have life-threatening injuries.
