RADIOGRAPHERS at Airedale Hospital joined colleagues in a national strike over a continuing pay freeze.
The Society of Radiographers (SoR), which has representation at Airedale, staged a four-hour walkout on Monday (Oct 20).
Some staff picketed outside the Steeton building.
Stacey Hunter, director of operations at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, said a small number of patients had routine appointments rearranged as a result of the industrial action and she apologised to those affected.
But she added: "Thanks to the co-operation of our staff, the disruption to our patient services was kept to a minimum.
"We had put plans in place so that urgent and emergency care could continue."
