Friends of The Dell have organised a working party on Saturday, between 10am and 11.30am. Please go along and volunteer to help clear the beck, cut back branches etc. Suitable waterproof, warm outdoor clothing should be worn. Gloves will be provided. There will be a craft fair at Cullingworth Village Hall on Sunday from 10am to 3pm, organised by Worth Valley Craft Fairs. Admission is free. Refreshments will be available and donations to the Sue Ryder Manorlands hospice will be gratefully received.

Cullingworth History Group meets at 7.30pm on Wednesday in the Methodist Church, when Robert Whitehead will give an illustrated talk on Keighley and Worth Valley Watershed Walk.

Bingley Food Bank welcomes volunteers and donations of food on Tuesdays and Fridays, 10.30am to noon, at Bingley Arts Centre. Gifts of tinned goods, including potatoes, fruit and custard, are particularly welcome, together with dried pasta, tea, coffee and sugar.

Bingley Rural Children’s Centre has organised activities for young children on Thursdays, 1.30pm to 2.15pm, Cullingworth Methodist Church. Join ‘The Boogie Tots’, a lively music session designed to give little ones the chance to build confidence, balance, co-ordination and communication skills, while making new friends and having fun.
