IN LIGHT of the very damning public report about Keighley Town Council from the auditors, PFK Littlejohn, which was released on October 31.
And in light of the MP for Keighley having thought it serious enough to contact West Yorkshire Police asking for an investigation, and in light of the private and confidential report sent to councillors, complainants and others (which we, the public, are not allowed to have sight of, but which is apparently shocking in it’s revelations), can we now expect to see a very public apology from the town mayor and all the councillors of Keighley Town Council, to all those who were instrumental in bringing this ‘mishandling’ of public money out into the open?
