A HOME care company run by three Riddlesden women has won a prestigious award.
Care Dynamics won the Putting People First Award at the regional finals of this year’s Great British Care Awards.
The directors of Care Dynamics are Cheryl Dibbin and Donna Gott, and the senior care coordinator is Rudo Chengeta.
The company is based at the Carlisle Business Centre, Manningham, and covers the whole of Bradford district, including Keighley.
Care Dynamics was established four years ago and had been shortlisted as finalists in the regional Great British Care Awards for the past three years.
Care Dynamics said it provided care and support to the entire spectrum of people with many varying needs.
Rudo Chengeta said: “We are really proud of our achievement.
“The award proves that our dedication really has improved the lives of those we support by allowing them to make life changing decisions and take control via self-directed care/support plans.
“We have implemented measures to ensure our service evolves to meet the ever changing needs of our customers. We mainly achieve this by simply asking questions and listening very carefully to the answers."
