HOMES could be built on the site of a former scrapyard in Keighley, if planners give the go-ahead.
Gary Bennett wants permission to build 66 homes on the land at Castle Mills, Becks Road, Keighley.
A similar application was refused by planners back in 2010.
Bradford Council’s regulatory and appeals committee will decide whether to grant outline planning permission for the scheme at City Hall today (Nov 13).
This time, the plan is recommended for approval.
Separate plans, to convert the derelict Castle Mills building into flats, are part of another planning application and will not be decided at the meeting.
