KEIGHLEY patients using Bradford District Care Trust services are being invited to provide feedback.
From next week (Nov 17), users will be asked if they would recommend the service to friends and family.
"We will use the feedback to celebrate and build on what's working well and identify areas where improvements can be made," said Tracey Corner, for the trust.
"All responses will provide valuable information to help ensure patients have the best possible experience of care."
