UPDATE: Man found dead in Riddlesden named as 86-year-old Arthur Shepherd
A MAN found dead in Riddlesden yesterday has been named as 86-year-old Arthur Shepherd.
Mr Shepherd was found near his home in Leach Road, Riddlesden, which is alongside the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
Police this morning confirmed they had found the body of an elderly man in a stream at the Howden Park area of Riddlesden.
Mr Shepherd’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
