KEIGHLEY MP Kris Hopkins has spoken in support of Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson’s criticism of one council’s proposal to collect bin bags only once a month.
Mr Clarkson warned the proposal for Cardiff would result in so much litter that “rats and plagues” would follow.
Mr Hopkins, who is Local Government Minister, praised Mr Clarkson’s comments while responding to a House of Commons question from Cardiff Central MP Jenny Willmott.
