KEIGHLEY firefighters helped free two people trapped following a crash at High Eldwick last night.
A Vauxhall Corsa left the road near Dick Hudson's pub, at about 11pm.
Two of the five occupants were taken to hospital. The extent of their injuries was unknown.
No other vehicle was involved in the accident, in Otley Road.
Fire crews from Keighley and Bingley, together with police and paramedics, attended.
About an hour earlier the Keighley crew had been called to a car blaze.
The firefighters – some wearing breathing apparatus – used a hose reel to tackle the burning Citroen, in Thwaites Brow Road, Keighley.
The vehicle was destroyed in the blaze, the cause of which was not known.
