'BAKER Mike' demonstrated his skills to a Keighley church group.
The award-winning Sainsbury's baker, Mike Armstrong, produced various goodies at a meeting of Braithwaite Crafters Group.
A sausage plait, coconut pyramids, Chelsea buns and an oat apple and pear cider soda bread were all on the menu at the New Church, Braithwaite Village, event.
"Mike's ability to transform simple ingredients into a mouth-watering summer meal was amply demonstrated with the sausage plait," said church council member Phillip Brooks.
"Eaten hot or cold, it is delightfully easy to slice off as much your appetite can accommodate!"
The event raised £50 for church funds.
Mr Armstrong, who writes a popular column in the Keighley News, regularly works with schools and gives demonstrations to groups across the area.
