Central Hall Crafters present “Let’s Make Something!”, Central Hall (9.30am)

Festival launch, performance area, Airedale Shopping Centre (12.30pm to 3pm)

Opened by Tae kwon do star Leah Moorby, with entertainment from St Andrew’s Primary School Choir, Prof Keith Davies’s Punch and Judy show, Filbert Squirrel, Happycat and Dolly show, and singer-songwriter Den Miller.

Deryck Feather’s festival Tea Dance, Civic Centre, North Street (1pm to 3pm)

Ten Things You Never Knew About Keighley, one-hour guided walk by historian Malcolm Hanson, meet at performance area in Airedale Centre (2.30pm for 3pm walk)

Pennine Paranormal Conference, Central Hall (7pm to 11pm)

Guests and speakers include Official Most Haunted Experience director Jenny Bryant and ghost Walker Malcolm Hanson

Children’s Film Festival and awards ceremonies, Picture House cinema, North Street (11am to 2pm)

Movies created by children from St Anne’s, St Joseph’s and Our Lady of Victories Primary Schools in Keighley, and St Francis School in Bradford

Midweek Music Medley, Central Hall (7.30pm to 11pm)

Den Miller plays songs from his latest album, with folk, jazz, Delta blues, acoustic and indie rock music from Joel Griffiths, Ben Blue Waters, Strid, Declan Vink and open-mic performers

Keighley 1940s Day, Church Green (10am to 5pm)

Featuring wartime singers, Sultans of Swing 25-piece orchestra, the Singing Councillors, jive dancing, Punch & Judy, re-enactment groups, vintage vehicles, pop-up cafe and stalls. Also 1940s events at Forteas Cafe, Lord Rodney, Albert Hotel, Boltmakers Arms and Royal Oak

Open day at Keighley Shared Church, including songs from the musical Jesus Price Superstar by St Oswald's Church Players (3pm) and children’s event (6.30pm)
