APPEALS have been lodged against Bradford Council's rejection of two planning applications.
Planners refused permission for side and rear extensions at 206 Highfield Road in Keighley.
They said the side extension would leave insufficient space between the property and its boundary and that the rear extension would have an overbearing impact on the neighbouring house.
And the council rejected plans for a replacement conservatory and new first-floor windows at the rear of Ivy Cottage in Hob Cote Lane, Oakworth.
Reason given was that the conservatory and windows would detract from the appearance of the listed building through the choice of materials.
Visit the planning section at bradford.gov.uk for more details of the applications and reasons for refusal.
Search for application number 15/01706/HOU for the Highfield Road plan, and 15/00957/HOU for Hob Cote Lane.
