Muhammad Akmal Ghafoor made an unbeaten century
RISING Stars, who did not lose a game in Group One, and Group Two winners TABS have both been promoted from Section A of the Quaid-e-Azam League.
They will now play-off for the title on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Bradford Royals, from Group One, notched the highest total of the season – 334-3, which included a century from Hamidullah Essakhil (115). Friends were then dismissed for 90.
In Group Two, Muhammad Akmal Ghafoor made 111 not out in Earlmarshall's 254-5, Azad then being bowled out for 94 as the winners secured third place.
