THE DUNWELLS, who played Keighley during their rise to national acclaim, are embarking on a new tour.

The Leeds-based band will perform at the city’s Belgrave Music Hall on November to as part of a tour also taking in Glasgow, Manchester, Doncaster, York and London.

The band has already experienced live success both in the UK and US, playing the Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits and Bonnaroo festivals and performing on TV on Late Night With Jay Leno.

The quartet have toured extensively in the UK, including multiple sell-out dates in their home town of Leeds and a recent mini-tour supporting South Carolina rock band Needtobreathe.

During the latest tour The Dunwells, named after singer-guitarist brothers Joe and Dave, will perform tracks from their new EP Lucky Ones.

There will also be a chance for fans to hear songs from the band’s upcoming album, which is due early next year.

The Dunwells, whose line-up is completed by bass player Bob Clayton and drummer Adam Taylor, have released an album as well as the critically acclaimed 2014 EP Show Me Emotion.

The EP has received well over a million streams on Spotify.

The Belgrave Music Hall also hosts the Cassetteboy Leeds Laughterfest Showcase (tonight), On The Lamb Jam (tomorrow), Varldens Band (October 14), Sitting Room Comedy Club (October 15), Real Lies (October 23), Viva La Musica (October 24), Itchy Feet (October 27), King Midas Sound (October 28).
