A SECOND alleged rape victim has told a jury that one of the defendants on trial threatened to blow her cousin's house up if she did not meet him.

The woman, now aged 22, was 15 when Tauqeer Hussain is said to have made the threat before forcing her into oral sex in an underground car park in Keighley.

Hussain, 23, of Belgrave Road, Keighley, is one of 14 Asian males on trial for sex offences that are alleged to have happened in Keighley, between May 2011 and June 2012.

The woman giving evidence today was one of two alleged victims. Hussain is the only one of the group accused of an offence against her.

The other victim, who is now 18, alleges that she was forced by drug dealer Arif Choudhury to have sex with 13 Asian males in Keighley, between the same dates, when she was aged 13 and 14.

Bradford Crown Court heard today that Hussain spoke to the girl on the phone and then met her at the former police station car park.

Hussain denies that any threats were made, that the pair even met, or that any sexual activity took place, the court was told.

The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, gave evidence from behind a screen against the man she knew only as 'Tocky'.

She said 'Tocky' rang her friend's phone and asked to speak to her. When she declined to meet him, 'Tocky' threatened to blow her cousin's house up, the court was told.

She broke down in tears during her evidence, claiming she met 'Tocky' because she was "scared, young and stupid", instead of ringing the police.

Hussain's barrister told the court: "I suggest no threats were made to you by 'Tocky', on the phone or otherwise, and that he has never had any kind of sexual relationship with you whatsoever.

"That is the truth isn't it?"

The woman replied: "No."

Forensic scientist Sharon Doole told the court that Hussain's DNA, from semen deposits, was found in the underground car park, in the same place offences against both victims allegedly took place.

Yasser Kabir, 25, of Belgrave Road, Keighley, denies four allegations of rape. Hussain and Nazir Khan, 23, of Buxton Street, Keighley, plead not guilty to three allegations of rape.

Israr Ali, 19, of Devonshire Street West, Keighley; Mohammed Sardar, 19, of Bradford Street, Lawkholme, Keighley; Saqib Younis, 29, of Bradford Street, Lawkholme, Keighley; Bilal Ziarab, 21, of Sedgwick Close, Manningham, Bradford; Sufyan Ziarab, 22, of Kendal Mellor Court, Keighley; Zain Ali, 20, of Buxton Street, Keighley, and Faisal Khan, 27, of Buxton Street, Keighley, deny two allegations of rape.

Rohail Iqbal, 22, of Skipton Road, Beechcliffe, Keighley; Rohail Hussain, 18, of Hawk Street, Lawkholme, Keighley, and a 17-year-old youth, who cannot be named, plead not guilty to one allegation of rape.

Mohammed Akram, 62, of Holker Street, Keighley, denies one charge of sexual activity with a child under 16.

The trial continues.
