A LOCAL couple who launched a new brewery off Keighley's Dalton Lane will stage an open day at their business next month.

Adrian and Emma Chapman run Wishbone Brewery, in Chesham Street.

They plan to open their doors to the public from noon till 7pm on December 5.

Mr Chapman said: "This is so folk can come down, check us out, see where we are and try the beers at our purpose-built bar in our brewhouse.

"We will have street food from Old Yorkshire Pit in Otley coming along to do their hot, smoked American-style barbecue food.

"We are still putting the final touches to the brewery leading up to December 5, and we will be launching our new beer on the day, which is called Rascal Session IPA.

"We have five hand-pulls on our bar, and will have seven different beers across the day.

"It is good to be a part of the Keighley town brewing scene, along with Goose Eye, BridgeHouse and Timmy Taylors."
