POLICE have arrested two more men in connection with a series of suspected arson and damage incidents in Keighley.
The arrests follow police enquiries into alleged events earlier this week in the Lawkholme, Showfield, Lund Park and Stockbridge areas.
Police said an Audi A6 and a Peugeot people carrier had been set on fire in Swallow Street and Ashleigh Street in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Police linked the attacks to an incident in Westburn Avenue on Wednesday evening, where a number of men with baseball bats allegedly caused damage to a house and a vehicle.
Police this morning revealed that two men, aged 23 and 27, were arrested from addresses in Keighley last night on suspicion of violent disorder.
They remain in custody this morning, and enquiries are continuing.
Meanwhile three men arrested yesterday in connection with the alleged incidents were released on bail last night pending further enquiries.
The men, aged 23, 24 and 25, had been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
