Yorkshire Division Two: Leodiensian 3 Keighley 31
KEIGHLEY struggled to find their feet in a testing first half as, facing a strong wind and driving snow, they conceded territory for long periods to a spirited home side.
A penalty goal by fly half Ed Farmer put Leos ahead after 20 minutes and, despite two or three close assaults on the line, it was only on the stroke of half-time that Keighley snatched the lead with a try by scrum half Oliver Mitchell.
Assisted by atrocious conditions, Keighley largely dominated the second half.
Leigh Sugden, Adam Horsfall, Jack Atkinson and Lucas Uren all crossed for tries, with Alex Brown adding three conversions to leave second-placed Keighley clear winners.
