OAKWORTH children went to school wearing wellies to raise money for local people affected by the Boxing Day floods.
The Welly Day at Oakworth Primary School raised £242 to support people in difficulties in the aftermath of the devastation.
Don Bickerton, chairman of Keighley Rotary Club, went along to school to collect the money recently.
Last month Rotarians in Keighley were out about raising to provide immediate relief and help to those forced out of their homes in Cumbria, which was hit by several floods in recent weeks
Members raised £450 during collection from customers at Asda supermarket in Keighley, and forwarded it to colleagues in Rotary district 1190, which covers the affected area in Cumbria.
At the time Mr Bickerton said: "The sum raised will help Rotary clubs to provide immediate relief and help to those forced out of their homes, many of whom suffered a similar fate just five years ago."
