BRADFORD Moor are the new leaders of A Division after winning a close game against Thornbury at Laisterdyke.

Moor scored 158 (N Andrabi 67) before M Amin took 6-24 to help bowl out Thornbury for 141.

Previous front-runners Leeds Sikh were bowled out for 128 at Roundhay, New Wortley knocking off the runs for the loss of only four wickets.

Woodhouse amassed the highest score in the division of 281 (M Ejaz 85) at Smithy Lane, Cookridge’s reply falling short at 201-8 (T Suleman 91no).

Drighlington made 239 at Tong (B Mistry 76, K Iqbal 70) but A Mitchell was equally influential with 7-35 in Farnley Hill’s reply of 145.

Thornbury B made 129 at Daleside Road and Y Javed took 6-40 in Caribbean’s reply of 103, while at Sandal, Baildon were bowled for 107 (S Khan 6-37), Savile Stars cementing top spot in a five-wicket win.

In C Division, leaders Farsley scored 219-7 (R Sutcliffe 89, A Wilde 76, N Lawson 5-34) before bowling out home side Cookridge C for 171 (K Fenton 66, S Jain 65).

Drighlington B made a massive 272-4 (M Samiullah 109, M Basharat 103) at Station Road and then held Baildon B to 157-7 for an easy victory.

Morley made it two out of two at Leeds Road, making 163 before skittling Shipley Providence for 46.

At Karmand, hosts Halifax Direct B bowled out ten-man Great Horton for 88 and went on to a nine-wicket victory.
