SAINSBURY'S in Keighley has checked out a bumper donation for Manorlands.
The Cavendish Street store has presented £3,324 – proceeds from a year of fundraising – to the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice.
Staff staged a tombola and quiz, took part in the Keighley BigK 10K run and hosted numerous collections.
There was also a large donation from the carrier bag tax.
Andrew Wood, the Manorlands-based Sue Ryder fundraiser for Keighley, said: "We've been very fortunate to be Sainsbury's charity of the year and the funds they have raised will make a big difference to the local people currently receiving our care.
"We'd like to thank the whole team and everyone who has contributed."
The store's charity co-ordinator, Nicola Di Cristofaro, said the team had enjoyed supporting the hospice.
"Our customers and colleagues have been very supportive of our in-store events and we will continue with our support," she added.
