DIVISION One leaders Bingley Congs stole a march on their rivals as they beat visitors Denholme in one of only six Craven League games played because of rain.

Congs were victorious by 106 runs as Mohammad Adil and Josh Nutting both scored 53 to help them to 229-9, Ryan Judson taking 5-48.

The away side were knocked over for 123 in reply, with Toby Priestley top-scoring on 69 as Neil Copping (4-37) and Adil (3-38) did most of the damage.

The win saw Congs extend their lead at the summit to four points over Haworth.

Oakworth plundered 220 at Haworth Road, with opener Joel Gallagher making 57 and Adam Smith 45 as Muhammad Zahid claimed 3-51.

The Baildon Bottom hosts struggled to 119 in reply as Gareth Marshall (5-26) and Jack Davison (3-33) did the business.

The one game that survived in Division Two was again at the southern end of the league.
