CROSS Hills Library and others in North Yorkshire are staging activities as part of the annual Family Learning Festival.
Families will be able to take part in a range of events during the UK-wide initiative, from October 15 to 30.
The theme this year is It's a Wonderful World!
At Cross Hills, visitors of all ages can learn about digital library services – including comics, books and magazines – on October 26, from 2.30pm to 4pm.
County Councillor Chris Metcalfe, executive member for library and information services, said: "It's great to learn new things as a family and libraries across the county are offering the opportunity to do just that, with a wide variety of activities for free or just a small charge.
"If people aren't regular library-goers, they can discover the many services libraries offer for all ages at the same time."
