HALLOWEEN themed fun for all the family will be on offer at Keighley's Sue Belcher Centre on Friday afternoon. (Oct 28)

From 1pm there will be activities ranging from pumpkin carving, toasting marshmallows, face painting, storytelling and rhymetime, to a bouncy castle, art and crafts, a fancy dress parade, junk modelling and "ferret roulette."

Refreshments available will include freshly made pakoras, hotdogs and fried chicken.

The occasion is being staged by Bracken Bank & District Community Association, with support from local people, community groups, businesses and funding from Incommunities housing association.

There will also be a market place on the sports court selling seasonal and Christmas goodies. The cost of the market stalls is being met by Keighley Town Council.

Community development worker Pip Gibson said: "This promises to be the biggest event yet at Bracken Bank, with people expected to attend from all over the district.

"We have a whole host of exciting and interesting activities for everyone to enjoy. The support has been absolutely amazing! Thank you so much everyone."
