MORE than 60 people attended the Keighley Rotary Club president's night.
Guests at the event – at Keighley's rugby union club – were entertained by Gerry And The Hat-Tricks, with singer Michaela Smith.
They performed a range of music and songs, from Gershwin and Glenn Miller to It Don't Mean A Thing.
Band leader John Large brought the programme to a close with three spiritual pieces as an acknowledgement to club president Marie Hickman, a retired Salvation Army officer.
Flowers were presented and floral arrangements auctioned.
A collection was taken to help provide clothing for Syrian refugees as part of a project initiated by Christina Khourry, a Rotary peace fellow at Bradford University.
"This was a fine example of Rotary showing that it is quite possible to have a fun time whilst raising money for vital projects," said a club spokesman.
