TWO second-half goals saw Keighley take the spoils against their neighbours.

Youth were still were without key players and Athletic dominated play in the first half but resolute defending and a slice of luck prevented them from scoring.

Cullingworth played better in the second half but goals from Callum Wear and Liam McNichol sealed the points.

Youth captain Harry Holmes was their man of the match, while Cullingworth's keeper was in good form despite sustaining a leg injury in the first half.

The hosts laid siege to Athletic’s goal in the final 15 minutes, creating four gilt-edged chances which went begging.

Youth are away to Shipley Town on Sunday in their last match of the year, while Athletic host leaders Sky Bet.
