KEIGHLEY Bus Company is introducing several timetable changes from next month.
Increased traffic congestion during rush hours is a major factor behind the move, which will take effect from February 19.
"We will be making some changes to improve our timekeeping – notably at rush hours," said a spokesman.
"Many of these changes are as a direct result of listening to the teams delivering our services and to our customers, as well as continued, detailed study of our live tracking systems.
"New timetables will be available to preview soon."
Among the services which will see changes is the Dalesway 66 Keighley-Skipton. It is also hoped to increase frequency in the future.
The 441 bus to South Craven School, at Cross Hills, will be re-timed.
The popular 662 Shuttle service between Keighley and Bradford will also see changes, particularly to improve punctuality in the afternoon rush hour.
And several Wharfedale Links routes – the 923, 940, 948, 962, 963 and 964 – run on behalf of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, will be altered.
Full details will appear at keighleybus.co.uk.
