Burley in Wharfedale: outline planning application for up to 15 dwellings with all matters reserved except for means of access to, but not within, the site, land east of Bradford Road. City centre: change of use from clothing shop to bar/club, fire exits to be provided to the rear of the building from the ground and first floor levels, 11-13 North Parade. City centre: change of use of offices to 40, one and two bedroom apartments, Robert Jowitt House, 153 Sunbridge Road. City centre: conversion of warehouse to form 16 flats with retention of retail use to ground floor and basements, formation of internal raised roof area and new windows, 126-128 Thornton Road.
Cullingworth: change of use of agricultural store to a mixed use agricultural and helicopter store, Laveroc Hall Farm, Haworth Road. Cullingworth: two storey basement and ground floor extension, windows/rooflights, new garden landscaping and retaining wall, 2 Anvil Court.
