WILSDEN Parish Council is hoping to improve play facilities in the village.
Councillors have already discussed carrying out a review of playgrounds and forming a working group to explore the matter further.
They also plan to consult residents through social media, the parish council website, Wilsden Primary School and community groups.
The councillors are looking at potential sources of funding, including landfill charity Wren, which has funded playgrounds and other community facilities at villages across the district.
At the same meeting, councillors agreed to buy flags to celebrate Yorkshire Day this year, and post questionnaires to Harecroft residents about speeding concerns.
