Police have released an e-fit of a man they're seeking in relation to an attempted house burglary in Craven.

The attempted break-in occurred on Hopps's Road, Glusburn at around 9.30am on Wednesday 1 March.

The incident resulted in damage to a rear UPVC door lock but no entry was gained.

Police are investigating and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Officers are in particular appealing for information about a possible suspect seen in the area at the time.

He is a white man aged around 25 to 30. He is 5ft 6ins or 5ft 7 ins, medium build with short dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. He was wearing blue jeans.
