KEIGHLEY'S Myles Hutchinson took the Class C electric title in the Acklams Beta British Solo Youth Class B/C/D Championship trial at Holloway on Sunday.
The youngster triumphed after a tie-breaker with Dominic Horne in the Mansfield Maun MCC-run event.
Fraiser and Alfie Lampkin – sons of Silsden trials legend Dougie – scored well in their respective classes. The former ended his championship class in second place while Alfie ended his season in sixth place.
Ashby's Daniel Slack won Class B from Buxton's Mitchell Brightmore and Bradford's Charlie Smith. Buxton's Harry Turner won Class C standard wheels where Liversedge boy Henry Stephenson claimed fourth place in the championship. George Hemingway clinched the medium wheel class champion.
