Lawrence Batley Theatre to preview its autumn/winter season
HUDDERSFIELD’S Lawrence Batley Theatre will be unveiling its autumn/winter season at the end of this month.
Theatre director Victoria Firth, along with special guests from the forthcoming programme, will be on the main stage for a season preview event at 6.30pm on Thursday August 31. This will be free to attend.
The first show of the season will be September 9 and 10, when Sutton School of Performing Arts present their 2017 showcase.
It will feature children aged two through to teenagers performing a magical mix of ballet, tap, modern, jazz and cabaret.
The Saturday show is at 7pm and the Sunday performance at 5.30pm. Call 01484 430528 or visit thelbt.org for tickets.
